As we approach the winter months, it's important to take care of your skin, but don't forget about your hair! Many women notice excessive hair shedding and dryness during the fall, so it's crucial to incorporate certain tricks into your routine.


Who said that moisturizing was just for your skin? Throw a hair mask into your routine to make sure that your hair is locking in the moisture it needs. Also, make sure that your shampoos and conditioners are moisturizing. If they're not, switch it up!
